I am a serial entrepreneur with 20 years of experience.
I've recently been the CEO of a regional coffee chain with 20 locations with a central roasting facility and various bakeries. I've been in the restaurant industry for much of my career, and I love seeing my teams excel. I love that restaurants are a people business, and I absolutely believe that the right people with the right vision can accomplish anything.
MY SEARCH
My search will focus on regional restaurant companies with a history of profitability despite the turbulence caused by Covid-19.
I'm looking for companies where my creative problem solving can add value. Meaningful brands with strong unit economics are preferred.
MY CONTRIBUTION
I love the creative process of solving difficult problems. In my career, I've navigated competitive landscapes by being flexible, relying on experts, and listening to the customer.
This has helped my companies grow via customer counts, average tickets, and unit growth. I love that every challenge is nuanced, and I look forward to delivering at my next venture.
