I was raised in Madrid where I obtained my engineering degree, which I completed in Paris. After my studies, I worked 12 years for ArcelorMittal in various positions, moving to a focus on production management. After this step in my career, I took ownership of the P&L responsibilities in several factories within companies such as Gestamp, Hutchinson, Hitachi or Linxens for both, within the automotive and semi-conductors industries. Throughout my career, I have discovered my passion for entrepreneurship, making impactful decisions on behalf of the companies, and having a real positive influence on the business. At this point in my career, I am planning to acquire a SME in Spain or France to ensure its continuity and create further growth.

MY SEARCH
I am looking for a profitable manufacturing SME generating €5-75 million of revenue and located in Spain or France. The Target Company’s products could include materials, components, assembled parts or engineered products. It should be positioned in a growing and fragmented market.
The EBITDA should be ≥10% (no turnaround situation) and range between €1 and 10 million.
My contribution
I can ensure a fast transition and seamlessly take the lead of the company in a short period of time. Thanks to my pragmatic, result-oriented character, I will find new value creation opportunities. My international experience supports my ability to expose new business opportunities beyond the national boundaries.
