I am seeking to acquire and transform a light-manufacturing technology SME, preferably supplying products for the low-carbon or environmental sectors, with international market potential.
My primary focus will be a successful electrical or electronic engineering SME.
My contribution
Dean will deploy his extensive experience in people and change management and LEAN manufacturing/6Sigma techniques, to instil a no-blame continuous improvement culture and deliver operational excellence and growth, driven by targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), to measure and improve the performance of the business. He will also utilise his high emotional intelligence to create a culture of psychological safety and communicate his vision and culture across the organisation.
Dean will also use his previous international commercial experience to create a customer-centric business, maximise market pricing, grow new export markets, reduce working capital, develop a low-cost supply chain, and drive innovation through an R&D strategy focused on customer-need.
