My name is Waldemar Pilch and I live in Krakow. For over 25 years, I had the opportunity to live, study and work abroad, returning to Krakow in 2016. After graduate school, I gained experience as an investment banker in New York and Singapore, and then returned to Poland to take on Managing Director role of a leading lighting company. I’m excited to continue my passion for entrepreneurship by creating a new, proprietary search fund. I am looking for a company to acquire and grow, focusing on creating value for founders, investors, employees and customers.

My Search
My search is focused on Industrial or Healthcare companies with a durable market position, a longstanding customer base, and reliable internal operations with focus on growing and scaling the company.
My passion for figuring out how things work and applying creativity to business by focusing on go-to-market strategies, product-market fit and customer experience forms the basis of my Search Fund.
My Contribution
I have extensive experience in working with large companies and family businesses. Being in a family business, I understand the importance of respecting those who made the business successful.
I like to ask questions, listen, and understand, before making big promises or implementing sweeping changes. With that said, I am not afraid to get my hands dirty. My role varies depending on the company’s needs, team and state of growth.
