I was born in a family of entrepreneurs, and I spent the first half of my career in a consultancy firm serving international clients in Retail and Consumer Goods industries with a specialization in growth management and operational efficiencies. After the IMD EMBA, I joined a SME operating a manufacture and a watch brand, dealing mainly with business fundamentals to build a efficient structure.
I recently ended up leading a family-owned luxury brand as CEO with the objective to turn the company around, break even and prepare the exit strategy.
The focus of my search is all the players with a strong “savoir-faire” operating within the value chain of the consumer products industry: from suppliers to manufacturing and brands in the French-speaking part of Switzerland and France.
Consumer products encompass apparel and personal accessories, home appliances and improvements as well as recreational products, including the luxury segment of all of these items.
This industry is driven by product innovation and benefits from a competitive advantage to be made in Europe particularly on international markets.
I started my career as a consultant before attending an Executive MBA program and successfully transitioned to entrepreneurship ever since with a proven track record. Over the years, I became a business leader specialized in growth acceleration, turnaround management and operational efficiency notably in process design, organization transformation and change management.
My contribution is to build the relevant skills to achieve growth and profitability by converting business opportunity into revenue streams and bottom-line management while leveraging my business acumen in a wide range of industries in international environments.
