Hello and welcome! My name is Rania Missoumi and I currently reside in New York. I was born in California, came to New York to attend graduate school and spent a few years traversing the US as a healthcare consultant before working in Mergers & Acquisitions and Strategy & Operations roles in NY, London and Dubai. I am excited to embark on the Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition journey and leverage my diverse skills and experiences to identify and lead an exceptional company and create value for all stakeholders – founders, customers, employees, investors and our communities.

MY SEARCH
My search is focused on profitable businesses that are benefitting from the positive growth trends impacting the US healthcare system, specifically those supporting the transition to value-based care, improving efficiencies and reducing costs, and improving accessibility to care.
I am looking across geographies within the United States with a focus on service businesses with a B2B (business to business) model.
My Contribution
I look forward to leveraging my experiences working in a variety of roles across regions and companies to lead a company through its next stage of growth. While I am a believer in strategic planning grounded in data analysis and research, I know that the hard part is effectively mobilizing teams to ensure the realization of company objectives.
As a leader I will ensure transparency and effective communication so that each employee is aware of the importance of his / her role in achieving company objectives. I also look forward to employing and building upon my network across the healthcare and business ecosystems to create new opportunities for the company such as entering new markets, developing new offerings and accessing new clients.
