After managing global brands for Mattel, Marvel and Nickelodeon, I co-founded a children’s educational media company and grew it from start-up through strategic exit. Now based in New York, I’m excited to acquire and grow another company in an industry that I thoroughly know and enjoy.

My search is focused on identifying a children’s product or service business for value creation, revenue generation and earnings growth. Target companies are parent-directed with educational or other evergreen offerings for younger children ages 0-6.
Categories include toys, apparel and accessories, baby products, home or seasonal goods, personal care, publishing, digital learning subscriptions, and e-commerce.
I plan to apply broad and deep functional industry expertise to the target company to create value.
Depending on the specific acquisition, strategies may include: brand differentiation, product innovation, category expansion, character licensing, e-commerce development, marketing and social media, sustainability, and/or international expansion.
